Iotyrris conotaxis is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Turridae, the turrids.
Note: This species can be reliably distinguished from I. musivum by the presence of brown spots on subsutural ramp (or sometimes nearly completely brown). This species can be readily distinguished from I. olangoensis by the presence of distinct brown spots on the sinus cords.
